Here is a few things for you to do if you feel the urge to self harm...
Use washable red markers to "cut" on your skin
Listen to music
Count yourself down (10...9...8...7..! .)
Keep a journal
Touch Something familiar/safe
Draw-Put your feet firmly on the floor
Make something (craft, needlework, etc.)
Accept a gift from a friend
Meditate
Make a phone list of people you can call for support. Allow yourself to use it
